About

To help you understand if I might be the right therapist for you, I want to share a little about how I came to this work and why it matters to me.

The world can sometimes feel uncertain or uncomfortable. We might find ourselves reacting in ways that don’t make sense, or feeling disconnected from who we are. There can be parts of ourselves we don’t fully recognise, or that we fear others might judge. Sometimes we know exactly what feels wrong; other times, it’s harder to name.

My own journey began in a therapy room. I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in yourself and unsure of the life you’re living. With the support of a therapist, I explored my values and the beliefs I had carried without question. Over time, that process changed how I related to myself, to others, and to the world around me. It helped me build a life that feels like home.

Now, I support others in doing the same. I want to hear your story and walk alongside you as we explore what’s happening for you right now. In our work together, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with yourself, so you can respond to life in ways that feel more authentic and true to who you are. My hope is that you can feel at home within yourself, your relationships, your communities, and your life. And if life doesn’t feel like home right now, we can work together to create a life that could.
